Quick thoughts on comics: Batgirl #1 I am on the fence about this book. I really liked both the Cassandra Cain and Stephanie Brown Batgirl titles. I also think that Barbara Gordon was a better character as Oracle than as Batgirl. I feel like the pacing & art were uneven. I kind of like the villain, who is basically the plot of Final Destination, killing people who ought to have died. But I don’t like much else about the new setup, but we’ll see how it plays out.
