Quick thoughts on comics: Wonder Woman #1
I was sold on this book the second it was announced. I’m a big fan of Azzarello and his DC Universe work always seems to be some of the weirdest stuff out there. He’s actually a bit restrained in this book, it lacks a lot of his usual style of pun-filled banter, and is instead a very tense and terse set up issue.
Cliff Chiang’s art is very good, as always.
